Store Policies

In-Store Return Policy:

Due to the nature of food products, our policy is no returns or exchanges after leaving the market building. You may exchange or return unopened accidentally purchased items before leaving the market building.

Replacements:

If you purchase an item with a legitimate quality issue, please bring the physical item back to the market (no photos, please) along with your receipt for inspection.

We will replace the item if a legitimate issue is found. 

If the same item is no longer available we will offer in-store credit. 

No cash refunds.

All issues must be brought to our attention within three (3) days from the original purchase date.

Clarence Items:

Reduced-price items with a yellow and red clearance sticker or " · Special · This item only · final price " sticker are not eligible for a return or replacement. 

Pre-Orders:

On pre-order items that require a pre-paid deposit, there are no refunds on the deposit amount. If you choose to cancel your order, you will forfeit your deposit.

Recalls:

In the unlikely event of a recall of an item you purchased from us please bring it back to the market for a refund or replacement.

Online purchases from Fowl's Farm Market made through third-party marketplaces (E.g., Etsy) are bound by the terms, conditions, and return policies of that platform.

Online purchases (including buy online and pick up in store) made directly from www.fowlsfarmmarket.com are bound to the following terms.

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of food products, our return policy is no returns or exchanges on food items. If you received past-date expired goods please contact us.

Pre-Orders:

On pre-order items that require a pre-paid deposit, there are no refunds on the deposit amount. If you choose to cancel your order, you will forfeit your deposit.

Shipping Damages:

If an item is damaged in shipping (broken glass etc.) please follow these steps;

1.  Take clear, well-lit photos of the damaged product, packaging, shipping box and shipping label.
2.  Send photos of the damage to us by clicking this link.
3. We will reach out within 24-36 hours via email about either a replacement or refund.

Recalls:

In the unlikely event of a recall of an item you purchased from us please contact us for a refund or replacement.

We periodically run discounts and sales, these promotions are on a first come first serve basis and may be limited to specific days and timeframes. We reserve the right to change, modify, or cancel these promotions at any time and at the sole discretion of management.

We do not accept manufacturer coupons. No rainchecks.  

Reduced-price, sale & discounted items are not eligible for a refund or return.
